~ Terms & Conditions ~

Products


  • Most of the items posted on the website are hand-made. Hence each of them is unique.
  • Items can be requested to be custom-made to include names or any personal messages for that special someone in your heart.
  • Colours of the items can be changed to suit the liking of the customers.
  • Lead time to wait for the product would be 3 days excluding posting if there're no available stock on hand.
  • Customers can email to request for specific displays to be made just for them.

Order

  • Please fill the Order Form and submit it for our processing.
  • Failure to provide all the information required would cause a delay in processing the order.
  • An email confirmation will be sent to customers to confirm receipt of the order.

Payment

  • Payment via bank transfer would be required for purchases requested to be posted.
  • Otherwise if item is requested to be handed personally, payment by cash would be accepted as well.

Postage

  • A postage fee of $0.50 will be charged to items requested to be posted.
  • For purchase of more than 2 items, postage fee will be waived.
  • We would not be responsible for lost of packages for items requested to be posted.
  • An email confirmation will be sent to customers to inform them that the purchase has been mailed to them.
